5, 58 meters distribution dual-purpose cargo ship smoothly on the platform

In mid-May 2022, the two distribution dual-purpose cargo ships designed by Fuzhou Taifu Ship Engineering Co., Ltd. were hoisted on the inclined platform of Ningde Funing Ship Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., marking the official entry of the first additional electric ship in Fujian Inland River into the platform closing stage.

With a string of firecrackers ringing through the sky, the foundation section of the 58-meter inland river distribution dual-purpose extended-range electric cargo ship B103 over the No.1 inclined platform of Funing Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. was slowly lowered by a 75-ton gantry crane. The on-site workers immediately entered the working state, grasping the positioning, assembling spot welding, gas cutting and polishing, and all the work was carried out in an orderly manner.

According to the person in charge of the construction, 70% of the sub-group construction of the 58-meter dual-purpose cargo ship has been completed at present. After the keel is placed, it will gradually enter the stage of platform closure. It is planned to complete the platform closure in early July, strive for launching in late July and ensure delivery by the end of August.
