Recently, 4400DWT coastal bulk carrier built by our company successfully completed its launching, marking a new phase in the vessel's construction.
The vessel has an overall length of 82.48m, a designed waterline length of 82.36m, a length between perpendiculars of 79.96m, a molded breadth of 14.80m, a molded depth of 7.05m, and a designed draft of 5.70m. It is a steel-structured, single-deck, aft-engine, single-propeller, and single-rudder coastal bulk carrier, propelled by a diesel engine-driven propeller. The vessel is equipped with a forecastle and an aft deckhouse, with three additional deck levels above the aft deckhouse to accommodate the daily living and navigation needs of the crew.
The cargo hold area adopts a double-bottom structure and features a single-side structure with top-side tanks and bottom-side tanks, ensuring hull structural strength while enhancing cargo hold safety and load-bearing capacity. With a well-balanced design and optimized structure, the vessel boasts excellent seaworthiness and economic efficiency, providing safe and efficient transportation capacity for coastal bulk cargo shipping.
